Support

How can we help?

Répertoire is a small, independent project, so support here is a person and not a queue. Plenty of questions have an instant answer below — for everything else, the form sorts your message so the reply can be a useful one rather than a request for more details.

Common questions

Worth a scan before you write — the answer is often already here.

Is Répertoire really free? What's the catch?
It's free, all of it, with no card and no trial clock: the full catalog, personalized recommendations, repertoire tracking, insights, your yearly Wrapped, bridge paths, teacher mode, and exports. There is no paid tier to upgrade to. The only limits are the anti-abuse ones that stop a script from hammering the API.
A piece's difficulty rating looks wrong to me.
Quite possibly. Our Henle-scale ratings are independent estimates produced by an AI tagging pipeline with editorial review — most of the catalog has never been rated by Henle at all, so there was no official number to copy. If you have played a piece and the level feels off, file a Piece data correction below. Those get fixed.
How do I delete my account, or get my data out?
Both are self-serve and immediate: Settings → Account exports your repertoire as CSV or a printable sheet, and deletes your account and its data permanently. You don't need to ask us, and we don't keep a copy afterwards.
Can I use Répertoire with my students?
Yes. Send a student an invite and you can follow their repertoire and suggest pieces from the catalog; they stay in control and can disconnect any time. Start from the students page. It costs nothing, at any number of students.
A piece I want isn't in the catalog.
Tell us and we'll look at adding it. The catalog is built from public-domain solo piano works on IMSLP, so anything still in copyright — most 20th and 21st century repertoire, film and game arrangements, pop transcriptions — can't be included, even when we'd like to.
Does the browser extension have its own support?
Same place — this form. The Repertoire: YouTube Tracker extension is ours, so file extension bugs under Something is brokenand say which browser you're on.
