Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click in your billing portal, no email required. You keep Virtuoso until the end of the period you've already paid for, then drop back to Free — your repertoire and history stay exactly as they are.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Every piece you've tracked, your level history and your preferences remain on the free plan. You just go back to the free daily limits and lose access to Insights, Wrapped and export.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — 14 days, no questions asked. Reply to your receipt or contact us and we'll refund it.
Who handles payment?
Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They handle the checkout, VAT and sales tax, and invoices — so "Lemon Squeezy" is what appears on your statement. We never see or store your card details.
